Cancellations

Life happens, plans change - we get it. Here is what you need to know if you need to cancel:

• Cancellations must be made by sending us an email.
• Cancel more than 14 days before your rental starts: You can reschedule within 12 months or get a full refund.
• Cancel more than 7 days before your rental starts: You can reschedule within 12 months but a refund will not be given..
• Cancel in less than 7 days before your rental starts: You cannot reschedule and a refund will not be given. You will still have to pay 50% of the rental cost to cover the company’s costs.

There is no admin fee for rescheduling your rental.
